Just Another Morning
I was the first one awake like every other morning. I would like to go back to bed but people rely on me to provide for them. I first need to wake Travis for school. Its always a hassle to get him out of bed. As Walter walks in the kitchen the first thing out of his mouth is about money. It doesn't help that Travis needs money that a don't have either. Things have been so stressful lately. Money has been a constant topic in the house. Everyone has their own ideas of what to do with mama's 10,000 dollar check. Walter has the crazy idea of owning his a liquor store with a couple of his buddies. Do you know how much that is gonna cost me? On the other hand, Beneatha wants to go to medical school so that could cost an arm and a leg. The real question is what mama wants to do with her money. She said she would like to buy a new house and save some money for Beneatha's education. A part of me wants Walter to invest in that liquor store. He needs something I can't give him. Well, I guess I will just have to hang in there and see what happens.

Ruth you know I dont mean no harm about going to medical school. You make me seem so harsh. Its like you just becoming just like my brother day to day. And its my mama if she chooses to spend her money that way she can. But we all will see very soon. And i dont rely on you for too much of nothing. Lets just get that understood. Sis in law
Ruth you know good well how much about investing in this liquor store is going to make me happy this is for the family good. I know she said shw wants to buy a new house and spend her money on Beneatha Education, but I think she should help me to invest in this liquor store with some of the money cause Beneatha can get a scholarship.
